    These courses are aimed at players with experience in playing hockey, all the way through to very experienced Junior Internationals and Club/School Players. Even high-performing players will benefit from the content and ideas.

    Yes absolutely, the courses are Mobile Optimized, which means you can watch on the pitch, then try the skills. 'Performance from your pocket'....

  • Once I complete the course can I re-visit chapters/lessons.

    Indeed, you can mark lessons as incomplete or just revisit them. You can work through the video lessons at your own pace, in your own time which is really unique and helps you the learner pace the training.

  • If I am competent at certain skills, how can I be sure they will challenge me or what learning outcomes will I achieve?

    Each skill has progressions, specialist points, and ways to consider trying. For example, I work with Junior Internationals that enjoy tweaks and amendments to their techniques that really help. Often they don't even know they are doing something.

  • How long to I have access to the course for?

    The course is available to you for 1 year.

  • Can I make suggestions to course content?

    Please Please DO! I want to help you as players progress, develop and improve, suggestions are great, as I will then add them to the ongoing course.
